Flaherty & Collins Properties is partnering with Northwest Neighborhoods CDC to provide affordable housing in the neighborhood. Flaherty & Collins is a national development firm that specializes in public private partnerships and community development. Northwest Neighborhoods CDC is a non-profit organization focused on community engagement and development in the Edgewater, Cudell and Detroit Shoreway neighborhoods. We have assembled a team of experts to build and maintain this project, and with help from the community, Depot on Detroit will be a successful, community integrated housing development.
