What's in the Works

The Depot on Detroit is located at 10300 Detroit Avenue where the Edgewater and Cudell neighborhoods come together. The project includes 60 units of income-based rental housing, available to individuals earning between 30 percent and 60 percent of the area median income. Depot on Detroit has been awarded tax credits through the Ohio Housing Finance Agency and is pursuing other sources of soft funding.

Located immediately adjacent to the West Boulevard-Cudell RTA station, residents will enjoy transit passes included with their living apartment lease. This project and location place a vacant and under-used piece of land in use to fulfill the need for affordable housing in the neighborhood as well as the greater Cleveland community.

Community Investment

This vacant parcel is currently unproductive, unlit and used for illegal dumping, creating unsafe conditions for individuals who may venture onto the property. The Depot on Detroit will elevate a vacant parcel of land to a higher and better use and provide more housing opportunities for individuals in need in the neighborhood and greater Cleveland community.

Transportation

Residents of Depot on Detroit will have access to monthly transit passes as a part of their residential lease.
